Two storey
maisonette-style chalet villa's are available to let on the Welcome
Family Holiday Park at Dawlish Warren. There is car parking near the chalet
villa's.
Exmouth
Villa's are equipped for your convenience and enjoyment, with the
exception of sheets and pillowcases. Each villa is double glazed and
electricity is metered.
The ground floor is open-plan with
a lounge/ diner and kitchen area. In the lounge there are two
bed-settees and TV with Freeview. There is a spacious kitchen which
includes microwave, freezer, fridge and full size electric cooker. An
open plan staircase leads to the landing from which you
have access to the master bedroom with double bed. There is also an
additional twin bedroom, bathroom with shower over the bath and separate
toilet.
